My passion for photography began at an early age with my passion for wildlife. Wildlife photography will always hold a special place in my heart and I will continue to capture wildlife at any opportunity, even though my photography journey has recently led me down a different path. It is my first year being involved with this event and I'm honoured and excited to be supporting such a worthy cause.

Elegantly poised on a flower, this lone bee with its intricate, fuzzy form takes centre stage. With the vibrant orange spot colour, my aim was to highlight the delicacy and beauty of Bees. Taken in June when the bees were very busy at work, I took the perfect opportunity to capture these vital tiny marvels that sustain our world. #savethebees
